Day 27: How do you deal with being around food? I try to eat just enough to feel full until my next meal, and have only small snacks. My family has been incredibly supporting in avoiding bringing junk into the houses.

Day 20: Favorite diet? None. I don't believe in restrictive diets. I believe in eating healthy, but also in eating what I enjoy -- in healthy portions. I'm not going to spew nonsense about 'clean eating' or counting calories, because those are unhealthy mind sets.
