30 Days Weight Loss Challenge: Day 15

Day 15: Are you vegan or vegetarian? Would you ever considering turning vegan or vegetarian?

Honestly, I’ve considered it many times, as it is supposedly far healthier to be vegetarian. However, I am very fond of chicken, which is a healthy lean meat, and don’t think I should give up the protein it provides my body. Protein is important for building strong muscles, which in turn helps to burn more fat.
