Day 14: What’s your UGW? When do you expect to reach it?
My ultimate goal weight (I’m assuming that’s what UGW stands for, any way) is around 170 lbs. That means I need to lose 35 lbs. To be fair, though, I am also building muscle and have to realize that muscle weighs more than fat and will affect my goal weight. Mostly, I’m not concerned on the numbers, but I’m focusing on clothing sizes — I just want to fit into my old clothes again, and to do that I need to lose some inches off… well, everywhere.
