30 Days Weight Loss Challenge: Day 13

Day 13: Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?

I’m definitely aiming for healthy. Believe me when I say I’ve tried nearly every unhealthy way before, and had to get some counseling to develop a healthier sense of body image. I used diet pills, detox cleanse pills, heavily limiting calorie intake, overexercising, etc. While those see quick results, you will always, ALWAYS regain the weight just as fast. It’s not worth it, and it’s not worth making you feel bad about it. So stop skinny or fat shaming yourself and just realize that weight loss takes a lot of time — but your perseverance will be worth it.
