30 Days Weight Loss Challenge: Day 12

Day 12: What do you normally eat?

An average day for me consists of either a smoothie or Ensure drink for breakfast, some form of wrap or sandwich for lunch, and generally a steamer meal for dinner. I don’t generally recommend frozen dinners because of the preservatives, but steamers appear to be healthier to some degree. Let’s put it this way, with my sensitive digestive system, a steamer dinner has never made me sick – that’s a plus for me. For snacks, I stick with fresh or dried fruit, or rice cakes.
