30 Days Weight Loss Challenge: Day 10

Day 10: What was the hardest thing you gave up during this weight loss?

Sugars. I adore sweet things, but they’re terrible for my weight and complexion.

Next on the list are breads and caffeine (I’m addicted to Ice Caps from Timmy’s). These will be even more difficult, because I need to find a bread alternative — which is affordable. Suggestions, anyone?
