Day 8: Your workout routine

30 day custom butt and legs3The sets and intensity varies per day, dependent on how I feel (I’ve had a bit of a cold lately), but these are the exercises I attempt to complete every single day. My stretches often vary, as does my yoga routine.

For the most part, my yoga routine consists of Sun Salutations w/ Downward Dog, Warriors, and Lord of the Dance pose. Sometimes side triangle.
My stretches consist of splits, individual leg stretches. Followed by wall push-ups.
