30 Days Weight Loss Challenge: Day 6

Day 6: Do you binge eat?

Yes, unfortunately. I tend to eat when I’m bored, stressed or when it’s truly delicious – I eat too fast that I overeat by the time my stomach tells my brain that it’s full.

However, since I’ve been doing yoga every morning, I find I drink more tea and eat less because I’m more in tune with my body and aware of what I’m putting into it.
