Your highs and lows of the past year.

Highs

  • Developed new coping mechanisms for managing my bipolar
  • Began visiting my parents a lot more often
  • Made a lot of progress on my art
  • Started writing and directing two audio series
  • Completed a school course with a B grade

Lows

  • Struggled with my PTSD and the nightmares it causes me
  • Difficulty managing and maintaining healthy relationships
  • Had to drop courses because I could only manage one at a time
  • Fell out of contact with  a lot of friends, which causes me pain
