I was incredibly excited to receive my Slim in 6 in the mail last week (more on that next post), and to start my workout routine this month (once my work at the theatre was done, because during productions I honestly have no time).
However, being the klutz that I am, I managed to trip over something and dislocate my toe before even starting my routines. I was able to reconnect it, but there may also be a fracture. Suffice to say, I can’t exercise until it’s healed. I’m so disappointed in myself!
